These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the FarmGen CMS platform (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access and Use

  • You must be authorized by FarmGen or a verified client organization to access the CMS.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to misuse the CMS, including uploading harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

2. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload.

  • You grant FarmGen a limited license to host, display, and back up your content for operational purposes.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the CMS.

  • Upload malware, unauthorized scripts, or illegal materials.

  • Use the CMS for unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial spamming purposes.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • There is prolonged inactivity (e.g., 6+ months).

  • There is a security or legal risk associated with your account.

You may request account closure at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The CMS platform, code, design, and branding are the property of FarmGen.

  • You may not copy, resell, or replicate any part of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

FarmGen is not liable for:

  • Content errors, data loss, or service downtime.

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from CMS use.
    Use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the CMS constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
